New Developments

May 4, 2011

Along with some plans which are still very much top-secret (watch this space, we hope to reveal more soon), Cathryn is now able to offer her services as an Audition Coach for anyone requiring another take on their performance pieces or wanting an extra boost of confidence.

See the Audition Coaching menu tab for further details.

Cathryn will be playing Martirio in ‘The House of Bernarda Alba’ at The Oast Theatre 30th April – 7th May.

All performances at 8pm, except Sunday at 3pm.

Tickets are £8 (£7 for the Sunday matinee), call 01732 363849 to book.

Cathryn made an impromptu appearance as Gwendolen in the Oast Theatre’s production of ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ this evening due to cast illness.  With half an hour’s notice and quickly fully costumed, Cathryn read in the role of Gwendolen for the opening night of this much loved play.  It was a tremendously fun challenge for her and she greatly enjoyed the opportunity to help the show go on.

The Pantomime Murder

December 21, 2010

Cathryn will be appearing as Dandini / Lizzie Lightfoot in the forthcoming Pantomime Murder Mystery at The Oast Theatre from 28th December – 1st January. Tickets are already sold out, but who knows what the weather will be doing, so there may well be returns!

Ticket price includes a mince pie and a drink, so pop along for some festive fun and a pantomime with a sting in the tail as you use your “leetle grey cells” to work out whodunnit!

Little Shop of Horrors

September 28, 2010

Cathryn will be appearing as Crystal in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ from 13th-16th October.

Evening performances commence at 8pm, the Saturday matinee is at 2.30pm.

This production marks the return of Stag Theatre Company to their original home venue.

Cathryn has just been filming as a Juror for Bulls Eye Lantern’s documentary ‘Jack the Ripper: The Definitive Story’ for Channel 5 and Discovery Channel.

Strawberry Fields

May 10, 2010

Cathryn has just been filming as a Farm Labourer/Fruit Picker for the forthcoming film ‘Strawberry Fields’ by Microwave Films, directed by Frances Lea.

Regina Monologues

May 2, 2010

Cathryn will be playing Anna in the Regina Monologues at the Stag Community Arts Centre on 18th and 19th June as part of the Summer Festival.

A modernised re-imagining of the stories of the wives of Henry VIII, Anna is the equivalent of Ann of Cleaves who is not all she seems.

B.O.A.T.S.

January 4, 2010

Cathryn will be appearing in a production of Orton and Gould’s ‘B.O.A.T.S.’ at the Jermyn Street Theatre on 31st January – she is particularly pleased as there are many former Royal Academy of Music students involved including her classmate Mark Stanford who is MDing the piece.
